About this project

I facilitated the onboarding of over 50 high school age students for the Junior Volunteer program. After creating and delivering the initial Guidebook during orientation, I created follow up deliverables that differed each week. These served the purpose of creating engagement, testing their knowledge, and having a weekly check in to answer any questions or address any issues.
